Registration Guidelines

Registration Guidelines

  • The publication of only true research papers is permitted. Authors must ensure that their research has not already been published before submitting, and it must not be published in any format after submission.
  • All writers and their co-authors must notify their department heads, principals, and research guides before submitting their research papers for consideration to be presented at the (ICDTE-24).
  • In their research publications, writers and their co-authors are urged to make a complete list of all of their associations.
  • Any papers submitted after the registration deadline, or late, may be rejected by the (ICDTE-24) Organizing Committee.
  • Each research article that is submitted to the (ICDTE-24) is reviewed by three (ICDTE-24) Reviewers, and it is only accepted after receiving the unanimous consent of all three reviewers.
  • The organising committee for the (ICDTE-24) will never publish the names, email addresses, or other contact details of the authors or co-authors unless they provide their consent.
  • The (ICDTE-24) Organizing Committee is not permitted to change the names of any authors or co-authors without first obtaining consent from those who submitted the paper.
  • The organising committee for the (ICDTE-24) never publishes unregistered papers.
  • The (ICDTE-24) Organizing Committee acknowledges the submitter of a research paper as the original author and makes no special effort to identify the original author or co-authors of a submitted study.
  • The (ICDTE-24) Organizing Committee shall investigate any tip-offs or formal complaints of any kind regarding the primary author of a research paper that has been submitted. The Committee will then immediately halt publication of the paper if it determines that the accusations are accurate..
  • A research article will no longer be eligible for consideration for publishing by the ICDTE Organizing Committee after it has been suspended, either for the present conference or for subsequent conferences.
  • Issuing of travel visas is not a responsibility of the (ICDTE-24). The (ICDTE-24) Organizing Committee will not contact, operate as a liaison for, or advocate for the issue of a travel visa to any registrant. It also won't offer any kind of support in relation to the issuing of such visas on behalf of registrants. Registration holders must apply for these visas on their own initiative in order to attend the (ICDTE-24).
  • The (ICDTE-24) will not issue refunds for conference registration fees paid by registrants in the event that their application for a travel visa is denied by the relevant embassy. However, as long as it is done within a year, this registration cost may be applied to any subsequent editions of the ICDTE, either by the registrant themselves or by anybody else. Additionally, if a travel visa application is denied, the registrant has the option of attending and presenting virtually at the conference online. The participant may even receive a Certificate and have their research article published as a result of registering.
  • The (ICDTE-24) makes no promises to registrants that they will receive travel visas (for any specific nation) at any time.
