Author Guidelines

Abstracts

Every abstract that's submitted for consideration at the (-) will not be considered if the names and addressed of the authors' aren't specified. Authors are accordingly requested to plainly confirm their preference for an oral and/or poster presentation on the (-) abstract submission form. Those abstracts that are submitted for either oral or poster presentation but aren't approved or selected for oral communication might be transferred to poster sessions. Every decision of the (-) Editorial Board is conclusive and binding. Every accepted abstract and the author index will be published as part of the (-) proceedings. Every abstract will be inspected and scored, then accepted for presentation or refused entirely. Patience is requested of all authors and co-authors during this processing period. Authors and co-authors are also urged to wait patiently to receive an email from the (-) Editorial Board notifying them of either the approval or rejection of their submitted abstracts.

By having their research papers published in a respected, high-impact publication in the field of , the (-) gives participants the possibility to acquire some international visibility for themselves and for their ground-breaking research work.

  • Only articles that are presented at the conference and received by the deadlines and publication rules specified by the (-) will be included in the Official Conference Proceedings
  • All manuscripts will go through rigorous editorial and peer evaluations before being published, if chosen, within two to four weeks of the event's conclusion.
  • Before indicating their approval or disapproval for publication, the (-) Chairs and Editors will examine the validity and importance of the research conducted and the results acquired as part of their evaluations.
  • Any material submitted by the (-) that does not adhere to acceptable criteria for scientific publication may be rejected for publication.
  • The conference chair/choice editor's to approve or reject a manuscript for publication is irrevocable
  • For a manuscript to be published, authors must have permission to provide the (-) the copyright to that manuscript.
